Sacred Art
At that time, when Jesus was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed Him: and behold a leper came and adored Him saying: Lord, if Thou wilt, Thou canst make me clean. And Jesus, stretching forth His hand touched him, saying: I will. Be thou made clean. And forthwith his leprosy was cleansed. And Jesus saith to him: See, thou tell no man: but go, show thyself to the priest, and offer the gift which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
-St. Matthew 8: 1-4

Each week on Sundays there is a coffee social after the 8:30AM Mass and potluck and catechism after the 10:30AM Mass in the church hall downstairs.

This Wednesday, January 17th, the Pro-Life Holy Hour will be at 6PM followed by the meeting at 7PM at St. Stephen of Hungary Oratory.

There will only be a 6AM Mass on Friday, January 19th offered at St. Stephen’s due to the March for Life. There will not be an 8AM Mass that morning at Holy Ghost.

On Saturday, January 20th, the Women’s Rosary and Altar Society will meet at 9AM. Also on Saturday, the Girls’ Youth Group will meet.

The National March for Life to Washington DC will be Friday January 19th 2024. Please join Fr. Lopez and Fr. Gomez and the Holy Ghost community for this one day pilgrimage, as we lift up our prayers and witness to the sanctity of human life and God’s Law. Mass will be at 6AM at the Oratory, 510 West Union Street, Allentown, PA. We will board the bus at 6:45AM, depart at 7AM, and return by approximately 9PM. Pennsylvanians for Human Life are sponsoring the bus, so that the original cost of $60 per seat has been reduced to $30. To sign up, please contact Mary at the potluck after the 10:30 Mass or at Schedule40dfl@gmail.com.
