And when the days of the Pentecost were accomplished, they were all together in one place: And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a mighty wind coming, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them parted tongues as it were of fire, and it sat upon every one of them: And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they began to speak with divers tongues, according as the Holy Ghost gave them to speak.

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS
COFFEE HOUR AND CATECHISM AFTER MASS
Visitors, please join the parish family for refreshments and fellowship in the social hall following the 10:15am Mass on Sundays. Fr. Pendergraft teaches Catechism to all ages for 30 minutes beginning at 12:30pm.
PASTOR'S NOTES
I will be away from June 1st-12th at the Chartres pilgrimage and a pilgrimage to Fatima as a chaplain. During this absence, Mass will continue to be said in the parish each day, excepting June 12th, when there will not be a public Mass in the parish. The other change is that there will not be an early Low Mass on Pentecost Sunday or Trinity Sunday due to the impossibility of finding a priest who could cover the early Masses.
If you would like to have me carry prayer petitions to the various shrines that I will visit, please write them down and put them in the baskets near the exits of the church. Please remember me in your prayers as well during this time as Europe is becoming a more dangerous place for those who hold the Catholic Faith.
Fr. Zachary Akers, FSSP will offer the 10:15am Mass on Pentecost Sunday, and Fr. Jared Zambelli will be covering the weekday Masses and the 10:15am Mass on Trinity Sunday.
There will be potluck after the 10:15am Masses on both Sundays, but no catechism.
We will make the consecration of our parish and ourselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary today after the Masses. The consecration of the parish to the Sacred Heart will be made during the month of June. When I return, I will also explain the practice of the Enthronement of the Sacred Heart in homes, and will make visits to enthrone the homes of those who desire it.
Remember that this week contains both the First Friday and First Saturday of June.
This Sunday, the coffee social/potluck and Catechism will occur as usual.
