Then Jesus was led by the spirit into the desert, to be tempted by the devil. And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterwards he was hungry. And the tempter coming said to him: If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Who answered and said: It is written, Not in bread alone doth man live, but in every word that proceedeth from the mouth of God.

COFFEE HOUR AND CATECHISM AFTER MASS
Visitors, please join the parish family for refreshments and fellowship in the social hall following the 10:15am Mass on Sundays. Fr. Pendergraft teaches Catechism to all ages for 30 minutes.

PASTOR'S NOTES
As you know, this Wednesday, known as Ash Wednesday, marks the beginning of Lent. Ash Wednesday is not a Holy Day of Obligation, but it is a day of Fast and Abstinence. There will be an additional Mass at noon (12:05 PM) to assist those who would like to begin Lent with this first Mass of the season.

On Saturday, March 11th we will have a Parish Work Day. There are many projects, both large and small, that we need to work on. Please be generous with your time and talents.

-Fr. Gregory Pendergraft, FSSP
